Year Three Week 20
Here is the start of the plumbing. I decided to go with pex, cheaper than marine hose by a bunch, easy to install and the fittings are cheap on line also. I got the three manifolds on line also but it is far enough ago that I can't remember where. The three manifolds are hot water, cold water and salt water up under the head sink where the wash down pump is using the old head intake.
In the first pic here you see the cold water manifold with the line to the hot water going out and the hot water main coming back. The hose loop coming up through the floor leads to the intake on the tank and to the vent on the tank.
Plumbing Start
Here is the hot water heater with cold in and hot out.
Hot water heater
The saltwater manifold is under the head sink. The washdown pump is hooked up to the old intake for the head and then feeds the manifold. There are two legs off of the manifold, one goes to the forward washdown outlet on the deck in the anchor area, the other aft where it T's to the sink saltwater outlet and to the aft washdown deck outlet.

Here is the forward washdown hookup from underneath. The reason for red pex is because I ran out of blue for cold.
Washdown fitting under the deck
Here is the plumbing area finished. There are loops to a future shower in the cockpit, hot and cold to the galley sink right above this area and hot and cold to the head. You can see the salt water T in the back with a valve on the line running aft and the line to the galley sink not hooked up yet. The pressure pump is hooked up and the line with tape over is the vent line, still trying to figure out where to run it. On the left is the foot pump which can be used for cold water if the electric pump fails.
Finished Plumbing area
On the outside I got the dorade boxes mounted. I wanted to have them easy to pull off, before they were screwed down from the top four corners. I made and epoxied down blocks to screw into for them. That makes them really easy to remove for refinishing.
Dorade mounting
I used decorative washers on the screws that hold the boxes on. Here is a pic showing the screws.
